poll-time!

Last night why_me_why_not reminded me about the vampire!Jon fic that's sitting unfinished.

It's languishing partly because I'm a slacker, but also because it was originally started as a back-and-forth comment fic, and the POV switches between Brendon and Jon.

Now, personally? I hate back and forth POVs within a scene. It's okay if it's a clearly marked, between-scene change, but I find it off-putting to read one paragraph in one person's head, and then the next paragraph is someone else's POV.

But if I put all the fic in one POV, I lose some details. Or more dialogue has to be added, something has to be done to get the reader to see the other character's POV without actually, you know, head-skipping.

Then it occurred to me: maybe I'm just anal about this. Thus, A POLL! (Well, also because I was in the mood for some ticky-boxes.)

I have no excuse. None. This was written during chat, for reasons that I cannot now recall. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Could there be a less likely pairing? Elaborate, please.
