i'm amazed the govt doesn't implode on its own inconsistencies

"If you have been targeted for harassment or bullying because of your sexual orientation, because of your because of your gender identity or expression, or simply because your classmates see you as different, I am here to tell you that we here in the Civil Rights Division will not stand for it," Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez says in this DOJ 'It Gets Better' video.

But if you're gay, lesbian, or bisexual and in the military? You're own your own. DOJ will file injunctions to prevent action on judicial decrees and otherwise allow the government to marginalize and discriminate against you while the White House and legislature argue ad nauseum.

As far as I can tell, that seems to be the govt's position: it's not discrimination if the govt does it. And violates the Constitution while doing so.
