I am awake and over-caffeinated, and I have procrastinated by making a bunch of cinnamon-vanilla pancakes.

I suppose there's nothing left to do but brave the mall for Christmas shopping. :O

Cinnamon vanilla pancakes, you say? You wouldn't be willing to share that recipe, would you? :D?

I use Bisquick + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon + 1 teaspoon of nutmeg + 2 tablespoons of brown sugar + 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla. I've tried gingerbread pancakes too, where I add molasses and ginger, and cut back a little on the amount of milk to make them fluffy.
