~ It is snowing! That's two years in a ROW that it's snowed in Houston! THE ICE AGE IS UPON US!

~ In the recent past, I read a quote from Jared Leto that struck me as being sort of cult-verse-ish: "There's something magical that happens when a group of people come together, a group of strangers, and they share a public experience," Leto said in an interview with Kerrang magazine. Last night? I was really tempted by one of 30STM's tshirts: YES, THIS IS A CULT.

~ Something Corporate are reuniting to perform at Bamboozle Left this spring? I'd go to CA for that.

It'd been a while since I'd seen 30STM, but they were pretty entertaining. They sold hard copies of the new CD after the show, and if you bought one they'd sign it, but I had to be at work early so I couldn't wait in the crush of people to talk to them.

I will keep that in mind! :)

I'm still trying to decide if I'm coming to Dallas or San Antonio for Jack's Mannequin since they STILL don't have a Houston date for that tour. That's TWO HEADLINING TOURS IN A ROW that screwed Houston. I am not amused.

Something Corporate? OMG I used to love that band in college. I actually got their CD out several months ago and had it in my car because I just had an itch to hear them again. I saw them live once and it was awesome. Hopefully they'll get the bug back after they play Bamboozle Left and do a real tour!

I hope so! Jack's Mannequin is touring through February, but then maybe they'll take time off and Andrew McMahon will have time to do more with Something Corporate.
