According to Wikipedia, Xcel Energy Center's capacity is ~18k. According to the Pioneer Press review of the Blink-182 show, the crowd was ~11k strong.

But according to Chester French:

Last night we had the honor of playing to a sold-out stadium in Minneapolis with Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, and Panic! at the Disco. And while performing for 20,000 people is awesome, what we really love is entertaining you at your computer.

That's some interesting math they've got going on there.
