+ It was a shitty day at work. I had to deal with a fuck-up The Idiot left (which further convinced me that he was infuckingcapable of planning experiments logically). And five people (all admin/support staff) got fired. So I'm glad happier stuff happened elsewhere today.

+ New Perspectives. Everybody in bandom's already talked about this, but. Well. Yeah. My first thought was, "Did he really just sing about someone fast-forwarding to go down on him?" and when vic_ramsey texted me more lyrics, I replied: Lolol, Bden wrote an entire song about sex with Spence? only to decide that I'm immature enough to hope that the whole album is less-than-subtle innuendo about sex, come, and facials. Thanks, bb.

I read the lyrics and thought entirely different things than I've seen other people saying, but I am being a bit more metaphorical, I guess. ~shrugs~

Well, I've heard that it's a faily love song for Sarah, the Spencer angle. But, I was thinking it sounded more like he decided to back away from that lifestyle. That the fastforward bit is almost a quote, the way he says it, and it's a quote of himself? Someone else? But that he's saying he's looking for something different.

Frankly I wondered a bit about the break-up, but, as I said, I might be being too metaphorical. It's catchy. :D And, frankly, I'm more than willing at this point to like anything either set of boys does, at least initially.

Hmm. See, I'd heard that they'd decided on the break-up a while before the announcement and that was why there was so much confusion between their plans/statements/appearances etc. ~the plot thickens~

You know how it is, we'll probably never get a straight answer.

I hope if Ryan is doing main vocals for the whole thing and they're planning to tour that he works in time to see a voice coach. Not because I don't enjoy his voice, but because he's just not strong enough to carry a whole show, I don't think. He got progressively better during the HCT, so I don't doubt that he could probably do it with training/support/desire, but I don't know that he can just walk into it. ~shrugs~

I do the squinty-eyed "really?" look when I see him reference ICH as a source on his blog. Because there's knowing that fandom exists and there's participating, and Pete doesn't seem to know the difference sometimes.

It's actually the sending of more people to that comm that sort of freaks me out, I've seen some of the comments on his blog and they're definitely 0_o worthy. :/

But, hey, whatever. ICH seems okay, Pete's clearly okay and I get to giggle from behind the wall *I* constructed. Oh LJ, I do love the security levels! :D
