OMG. I TOTALLY HAD A FEELING ABOUT THAT. NO DISAPPOINTMENT THERE, YO.

Eta: Dude. Finger Eleven, too? That sends me to my haooy place and I'm not even gonna be there. Also, Lyn-Z is definitely totally hot. Gerard needs to stop hogging all the adorable/hot/tattooed musicians.

*ponders G-Way's ink fetish*

It's totally 'cause he's got a needle phobia, but wants the ink for himself.

Anyway. Where was I?

Oh, yes. FLAILING. STILL.

And telling myself that I don't need MCR in Houston, then the drive to Austin to see The Used, then MCR again, that two MCR shows, a few days of work, then MCR again is enough. *is greedy* :DD

HOMG, Finger Eleven are AWESOME live, I'm so excited that they're on the main stage this time.

HEE.

I think you are totally right re: G-Way and ink.

And... OMG. YAY. *FLAILS WITH YOU*

ETA: Also, was writing previous comment from CrackBerry. Which is why I have to Os where Ps should be. lol

WHEEE!!!

Heh. I think the world is split into people who GET IT and people who DON'T. There aren't many people that kind of get it.

Oh, the Foo Fighters! I wanted to see them, but they were at the Toyota Center, and the acoustics are terrible unless you're down close, so I decided not to waste my money. But still. Dave Grohl! I might have a wee bit of a crush on him, too.

Yeah, they're gonna be at Key Arena here, which is apparently not great. But oh well. :)

So, I was just looking over the lineups of past BuzzFests, and I realized that I might have seen Panic! when they were just a baby!band. B/c for sure I went to the one that Audioslave and Nickelback were the headliners, and I rememember seeing Fall Out Boy at that one, and Panic! is listed on that date.

Did they make that little of a first impression? Or did I miss them b/c I didn't get there to hear the first scheduled act? I remember being late b/c A wanted to watch football, then he bailed on me completely so I went by myself.

Awww. Baby Panic! I can't imagine them being completely unmemorable. If only by virtue of how wee they looked back then. Heh.

Dude, I was totally there for the Audioslave. I was and still am a hardcore Chris Cornell fan. They could have put ABBA on stage first, and I wouldn't have paid any mind. And I don't mean that in a negative way toward ABBA (I like 'em), just to point out what I was looking for, and what I might not have paid much attention to.

I do remember hearing 30STM, though. Which makes me think that they (Panic) were maybe off on the second stage, and I was hanging out by the main one.

ABBA! *cough*

Take A Chance On Me was MY SONG during my senior year of high school.

And. Dude. THAT I'd like to see. ABBA and Audioslave. Playing the same concert.

I know, right? But it'd be so awesome!

Sneak peak (I've got to finish betaing before I sit down to finish writing this. HAVE TO.):

Alex never meant for it to happen. Actually, it was all Gabe's fault, as most things were either directly or by influence. It was his brilliant idea that "in the interest of Inter-Band Cooperation" they switch up their room assignments. Alex failed to see why they needed any more cooperation -- they all seemed to get along just fine and by this point on tour they not only knew everyone else's names, but all personal boundaries had gone out the window. He'd somehow still ended up rooming with three of the little hobbit boys. What? They were all tiny and sneaky and liked to eat like eleven times a day. Alex didn't fight it though, especially after Gabe started rambling about how it was meant to be since they were all named Alex and how it was the will of the cobra. He just grabbed his key card from Gabe's hand and went to take a shower.

The will of the cobra? That's SO GABE.

Remind me to tell you about what me & Harley & Jamie were talking about earlier, about VickyT going out on a date (when they're not on tour) and when her date comes to pick her up, Gabe & Ryland & Alex & Nate are all at her apartment to meet this guy and Gabe threatens him with the power of the Cobra if he lets his hands go below Vicky's waist.

They totally would. The vetting of potential boyfriends would be traumatizing. And that's why she tries to do it when they're not on tour, so the guys CAN'T DO IT.
