What brought this on? I was cleaning up the piles of magazines in the living room and found the Rolling Stone with the FOB cover article, and re-read it. (Yes, I was procrastinating; when I finished, I looked for the P!atD one also.) Andy's dystopian sociopolitical views and the way he rationalizes his own participation in the music corporation make me smile.

Ahem. Back to Andy. Hmm. I'm sure someone has done an Andyspam, like pics and why he's nine degrees of awesome, but I haven't found it. I can look around, but if not someone should get on that. :P
Guess what? The Young Wild Things Tour is coming to Rke so I get to go see FOB. *g* Granted, it'll be with a bunch of teenagers (and Tinsley, b/c she loves me) but still. YAY!

Date: 2007-09-03 11:40 pm (UTC)I saw FOB a while back at BuzzFest, before I knew about bandom, and I so did not appreciate them for their sheer potential. Seriously. What was I thinking? The music was awesome, though. :)

Date: 2007-09-03 11:53 pm (UTC)I've been kinda sorta listening to FOB for a while, thanks to Harley & Alli & Krystal, but bandom definitely increased my love for them exponentially. And with them is gonna be the Plain White Ts, Gym Class Heroes, and Cute is What We Aim For. And, two days after that, I get to see Brad Paisley in concert again, so I think November is gonna be a good month for me. *g*
