notthequiettype, veronamay, lemmealone and esohpe have created reel_spn, which is running a fic exchange wherein the participants write J² or Winchesters in AUs that fit with some fantastic movies.

Go check out the list of possible movies. I'm trying to tell myself that I can finish my hp_summersmut fic and some of the WIP list and still write a fic for this, but I'm not convincing myself. (How sad is that? I can't even lie to myself!)

I SO want to see a Jsquared Legally Blonde AU fic, it's not even funny. It would be crackalicious. Or a Winchester fic set to the plot of The Departed. Or, ohgods, maybe you can imagine Jared, Jensen, Tom and Mike all in Heathers? Happily, someone has already taken The Godfather, which was the movie I had in mind when I posted the other day about dark!Dean.

Sadly, Giant is not on the list, although it could be added if one so desired. James Dean. Dean. Jensen. Yeah. *cough* It's all glockgal's fault for bringing that to my attention with her bit of rubber ducky art.

Oh, and I've collected a ton of screen caps of S2 gun/hand images. I'll optimize and post some hand picspam sometime soon. Maybe. Hopefully. Oddly enough (or perhaps not) it's almost all Dean, hardly any Sam. 'Cause Sammy is the sensitive, "let's talk about this" brother, you know? :p
