Perhaps we had too much to drink at supper? MrIris and I compiled a list of people we'd do. As a couple.

1. Carrie Ann Moss
2. Julianne Moore
3. Rachel Weiss
4. Kate Beckinsale (esp. if if she's in the vinyl, like in the Underworld movies)
5. Keira Knightley (not really on my list, but I compromised to get the next two on the list)
6. Gillian Anderson
7. Angelina Jolie
8. Christina Ricci (Gothic hot)
9. Laura Dern
10. young Molly Ringwald
11. Julia Stiles (meh, not so much, but I'd go along with it)
12. Winona Ryder (as she was in Heathers)

1. John Cusack
2. Jeremy Irons
3. Alan Rickman
4. Patrick Stewart
5. Olivier Martinez
6. Jensen Ackles (esp. if he wore his glasses)
7. Hugh Laurie
8. Orlando Bloom (as long as he's not in Legolas mode)
9. Johnny Depp
10. Brad Pitt (but only as he was in Interview with a Vampire)
11. Gale Harold
12. Stephen Colbert
13. John Oliver

ETA:
Janeane Garofalo
Christian Bale
Edward Norton

I'd have to agree with #'s 7 and 8 of the women (while part of me is wondering why Brunet!Lucy Lawless isn't on that list. lol) And I've heard that compromise is important in a relationship. ;)

A hell yeah to #'s 3 and 9 on the mens list. Though I'd have to add a Young!Mel Gibson, if we're basing off looks/presence alone.

I don't know Lucy Lawless. ?

Young Mel? Maybe... but not if his hair is like it was in the early Lethal Weapon movies.

Hm. She played Xena on...Xena: Warrior Princess.
Here are some pics of her both brunette (as she was on Xena), and a light sandy blonde (which is her natural hair color).
Cute Clothes - Brunette
Main Xena Series Trio
(The one on the right)
'Xena' playing with her Chakram
(which is a really cool spinning weapon)
Blonde

I have to agree. ::nods:: The hair was...something else. ;)

Stephen Colbert?!?

Otherwise, I like your list.

Yeah, Stephen Colbert. He's cutely dorky and talented and seems sorta shy in real life. And the dark hair and glasses, you know?

guh! in your list, the one I would lock in my closet and take out ... at least once a day is olivier martinez. partly b/c our first names are ALMOST the same. but also because that guy is so fucking hot I can hardly stand it.

He seriously does not get enough screen time in American flicks.

Substitute Sean Connery for Gale Harold and I'm liking the lists!

We couldn't agree on Sean Connery. But he's on my own personal list. :)

Loved her House of Mirth, even more than as Scully.

Um, yeah.

I'd add:

Stevie Nicks in the Belladonna days
Janeane Garofalo
Billy Crudup
Robert Downey Jr. (a few years ago)

er.. you know..the truth is I like the idea of it--but it's not really them, exactly, it's the entire way they present themselves (in re the whole list...)

Yeah, in some cases it's more that we admire them.

But they're still hot. :)

I like your lists. But my Orlando Bloom specification would be ONLY as Legolas. No Patrick Stewart and Jensen Ackles. On the ladies side no Julia Stiles, Kate Beckinsale or Gillian Anderson.

Mm... Jeremy Irons, Alan Rickman... I'd add Gabriel Byrne, Sean Connery and, my latest obsession, David Tennant and his ten inches. Oh and Tyson Beckford! And Goran Visnjic.

For the ladies I'd add Lena Olin, Juliette Binoche, Carla Gugino, Patricia Arquette, Katee Sackoff, Beyonce Knowles, Salma Hayek and a lovely, living Ingrid Bergman.

Oh I know I'd have loads more but at this hour, that's all that leaps to mind.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe I forgot to add Louise Brooks!

Oh, absolutely Goran Visnjic and Gabriel Byrne and Sean Connery for me - I couldn't get MrIris to agree to Connery. Compromise only took us so far. :D

How did I forget Juliette Binoche? Or Ingrid Bergman? Pale skin and sparkling eyes and the full bottom lip. Yes, definitely.

John Oliver! I would so buy you both drinks all night for adding him to the list! John Oliver is sex on toast, to me. Smirky cute Brits with adorable accents and wicked wits: Can't help but wanna fuck their limey brains right out.

It's funny, because I didn't like John Oliver at first - I thought he was trying too hard to be like Stephen Colbert, and not working with his own talents. But now he's settled in, he's my favorite "correspondent". :)
