I'd like to think I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to gift-fics and such, but I've been told in RL that I'm the high-maintenance kind of low-maintenance. IDEK what that means!
I know that ideas and inspirations can be hit or miss. So I'll just mention that I am a fan of happy endings, even if there are some bumps along the way. Humor is always a bonus. I have no problems with a variety of genres and/or kinks, but character death, cheating, and humiliation are not my thing.
If you're writing a pairing for me? Kissing is really awesome, and often overlooked in fic. So is dealing with control and trust issues. I'm good with established relationships or just-getting-together ones.
Things in fic that hit my buttons specifically: glasses-wearing, meaningful tattoos (visible or not), sleepy morning activities, well-dressed men (and women, if you're into genderswap), hair-pulling, showing affection with small everyday actions rather than (or in addition to) big gestures.
As I said, I know that this is a guideline, and whatever plot bunny hops your way will influence your decision and may not fit any of this, but I hope this helps, and I look forward to the exchange!
