I know you're busy, don't apologize! We're all sort of falling down on the job in terms of email. Probably tumblr takes up the slack, but I can't access that from work on my lunchbreak, so. *shrug*
Ugh, I just posted that here because I am STILL annoyed. This person is the same person who spills things in common areas and doesn't clean it, who leaves the microscope lamp on overnight (or over the weekend), and just generally does not understand common lab etiquette. Mostly I'm getting angry that I have to continuously point things out, b/c I hate feeling like a nag, but it's common space/reagent, and it inconveniences everyone when they're a slob, or they can't gauge how long they'll need a piece of equipment, so they end up using it past the time they'd allotted and half-way through the time the next person had signed up for.
