I love the flow, Brad's POV (that line: "Oh, for fuck's sake. Fucking officers and their fraternization issues." is genius!) and pretty much everything else.
I like it a lot because not only do we get Brad's POV (which is brilliant) but we also get little details, about how Nate's feeling, that are simply perfect. Like this:
"I want-- I can't -- I want, but..." Nate sputters, incoherent.
and this:
Nate's smile is lazy and dazed, and he looks utterly relaxed, supremely satisfied, obscene, for all that he's still completely clothed.
Really, the characterization is wonderful. So, thank you for this great read!
