I thought it was particularly appropriate given the arrests of some activists at the RNC who are now being charged with MN's equivalent of the PATRIOT Act. They didn't DO anything - they were arrested for conspiring to aid and support protesters by coordinating places to stay, child care, providing maps and suggestions for places to stage protest.
(These charges might have been dropped since - I know the reporters who were arrested have since had all charges dropped. But the idea that nonviolent protest can be squelched because helping to do so is a felony is chilling.)
