I am currently a leader for kids 14-17 years old. Officially, we're co-ed (but we also have Girl Guides which is females only) but my group is all boys, which can make for interesting meetings with me being the only "girl".
I'm also a trainer, working with leaders who do the same age group I do, mostly.
