You're right about being wary, however, going on what we know already, GJ has already suspended people for similar reasons as LJ and the IJ admin posted that without a court order, there'd be no deletion of journals. InsaneJournal Administrator states that unless there is a DMCA violation or a court order to remove content, InsaneJournal will not delete journals. It's a much nicer lip service welcome there. Scribblit is being hosted in Canada but their laws are similar to that of Australia, therefore, more strict than those in the U.S. which doesn't bode well for HP fandom. Such a mess. As a mod, I've been turned off my GJ's correspondence with us. They are tetchy and do not seem to want us either. So I know you didn't ask for it but my leanings are toward IJ when speaking of moving HP fandom.
