OK, the quick bit of story, what I already had in mind, has come to an end. Now I have to actually PLAN what I'm going to write. *sigh* Much harder. How do you keep your long chapters and plottiness straight? Do you know how it's going to end (generally speaking, I'm not asking about a specific story) when you start, or does the story grow on you as you write? I'm having a hard time keeping the fluff under control - it wants to multiply! I see an outline in my future.
And Harry. Clueless innocent Harry. Would he just hop into bed with Draco? I can't decide. I mean, he IS 19 and sex-starved. And they're already friends. I can see Gryffindor brashness pushing him to do it. And there's still that promise, extracted by Draco before the dance lesson.... Hmm. Wheels are turning... the in-laws are going to find me distracted today, I'm sure.
Ginny/Draco fight is coming, but not for another snapshot or two. I want Ron's POV in here somewhere before then, because he's still thinking that Harry'll apologize and Molly will be on Ginny's side, and all will be happy in his little dream world.
