Hermione would be preggers - her lower half was restored, uterus and ovaries included. Thus, if there's a baby, she'd be carrying it. It takes a bit for the egg to implant itself, but it would do so in the original environment, no matter whose upper half it's attached to. My thing is...would it be Harry's from when he penetrated her while Sev had her bits, or would it be Snape's from when Hermione essentially penetrated herself? That ambiguity would be a big focus for any relationship conflicts.
IF she's pregnant, it's nearly a requirement that the three of them have a deeper relationship, at least until paternity is established. That can be tricky to write, with Sev's inherent insecurity, Harry's ocassional insensitivity, and Hermione's uncomfortableness. Challenging and interesting, though.
I've had two babies...each pregnancy is different, so you can pretty much pick and choose symptoms from a list - the web should have a bunch of sites with good overviews for you to read. It can be horrible, excruciating illness and pain, or it can be easy and glowing and rather fun. I had one of each. I tend to write easy pregnancies, because so many people write them as horrible and I don't want to frighten some young girl who may stumble across my stories - lol.
I hope you decide to write it, though I'd understand if you didn't.
