I really like this line: 'I’d be constantly distracted with dangly, swelling bits if I always had them' It was really funny ^^ And I admit, I've thought along those lines. But I guess that's why men constantly adjust themselves.
If there was a sequel, I doubt I'd read it, since I think this ended perfectly. It shows that Severus and Harry experimented, and with that experiment, they strengthened their own bond. So other than the occasional threesome, I don't think they'd ever really get into a relationship with Hermione. I also don't think she'd become pregnant since Severus was the one with her genitals and I assume uterus since his hips were larger. I imagine when they swap back, it would be like a clean slate, so it would go back to what it was originaly.
