daily random - with added humorlessness

I get that the new(?) Jack In The Box commercial is supposed to be a cute, funny reference to how everyone* loves bacon, but #marrybacon bothers me.

Given the small number of places in the US that recognize anything except 1 man/1 woman as married, I just don't find it that amusing to see an advert where the major theme is people marrying their favorite pork product.

* I don't hate bacon, but I don't see why it needs to be added to every food item ever.
