judges are human beings, not robots, not Vulcans

STFU, Senator Sessions. I know you like the sound of your own voice, but seriously. Judicial activism is not isolated to "liberals". Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Roberts all have their own vision of law and society and use it when making decisions.

Also, tell me how the white male majority experience of those Justices does NOT inform their opinions or influence their decisions. We are all products of our environment. If experience didn't influence opinion and decisions, then all judges would rule the same way. Which clearly does not happen. Why *wouldn't* Sotomayor's life experience, which is a direct result of being Latina, influence hers? You're just unhappy that the influence is not the direction that is likely to be useful for your political goals.

So I say again, STFU.
