The man who might as well have invented unilateral actions, Mr. If You're Not With Us You're Against Us, whose favorite thing about being the President is that he doesn't have to justify his decisions to anyone (which, you know, is an interesting interpretation of the position, and not one I agree with), is talking about working together?
