I know I'm boring you with my heart-eyes for Rise Against. But seriously. I ♥ them.

Also? Soundgarden. :D :D :D Thank you for that live version of Spoonman. Now I'm going to be selfish and say GIMME MORE. Kthnx?

What else? Without A Face (Lactose Intolerance! *cough* *gigglesnort*). I'd go, but BRMC's showcase at SXSW is that night, and they win. ETA: AND SO IS PATRICK FUCKING STUMP'S SO YEAH, SORRY, NO. NEXT TIME, BB. /ETA

Gretaaaaaa! \o/ I do not recognize the venue Gold Motel are playing in San Antonio on the 13th, but I'm willing to familiarize myself with it.

OK. I'm going to go watch some of S2 of The Wire and contemplate my BBB fic. Which really just means I'll fall asleep with the TV on, but whatever. I hope y'all had a decent Monday. ♥

2- she'll probably be at SXSW because there is a 7 day gap between SA and chicago. which falls during sxsw. lolol sneaky.

3- YAY SXSW \o/

I figure that since she's got few days before SXSW open on her calendar - GM might squeeze in a show in Houston too. But I'm willing to drive to San Antonio on a Saturday for Greta. :D

Talk to me all you want about Rise Against. ♥

Also, &Soundgarden; (wait, is there a download in that email that won't open for me? *goes to open in another browser* There IS!)

anywho. GRETA! ugh, I'm so jealous of Texas sometimes!

I don't even care that that is not my favorite SG song. It's still awesome. And actually, every time I've ever seen them or Chris Cornell, that song has been performed. I guess he likes singing it.

Do not be jealous. Everything is a far far longer drive, and sometimes bands skip the state entirely. *cough* ButchWalker with Train *cough*

Rise Against! ILthem! They're making up their political stance to fans who were disappointed by their non-appearance at that festival in December! And most of their fans understood why they bailed on that show, even though the radio station was totally bitchy about it. ♥__♥ (I'm also so very very entertained by the fact that Tim McIlrath cited Ayn Rand and Howard Zinn when discussing his influences. Ungh, make me love you more, boys.)
