Nonplussed does not mean the same thing as nonchalant. Using it in a place where you're describing someone or something as cool, collected, or casual makes no sense whatsoever, since it means perplexed, confused, or puzzled.

Check a dictionary if you're using a word in a fic that you've never used in actual conversation, please?

I've seen this misused multiple times in GK fandom. :/

So Robbie, who is a supervisor now, apparently did something so I'm being kept in my current position, which is inbound customer service. Which I'm totally okay with. And I love Robbie.
