girl!Brad/Nate is inherently hot. :) And it IS a big deal, an important conversation, but Brad wasn't thinking about how much it would mean or say about the future she tries not to think about until afterward. She had other things on her mind. (Brad's really good at planning for the immediate future. The long-term? Not so much, really. She's a tactical thinker, not a strategic one.)
