the world went batshit crazy today
WTF LJ?
Oh, and WTF work? For how long, I've been the only person on my project? Now, in the space of two weeks we've got a new post-doc, a summer student, and an MD/PhD student doing a tutorial. I like the company, but
a) we don't have space for that many new people, so we're bumping into each other and competing for space and time in the tissue culture hood, and
b) I don't have time to do my experiments and help two new students, particularly since one has zero science experience outside of freshman chemistry lecture. Like "What's an oligonucleotide?" inexperience.
And DOW? Suck. It. Up. You got Carbide's assets. Deal with their deficits. Huh. MrIris will likely not approve of that last. Oh well. *fails spectacularly at being a dutiful corporate wife*
