Dunno. In my mind, it was all about Severus and Harry, and Hermione was just... there, if you know what I mean. She could have been anyone, and if she hadn't knocked on the door, Harry would have talked Severus around. So I didn't even think about it being hetfic, even though I was using girl bits. Odd, yes?
