Actually, I had a thought. I've got the merry_smutmas request to fill in the next three weeks, so I'm still lagging a bit in terms of really being organized and working out a timeline for getting the comm functioning. Once the initial annoucement was made and maybe some other twinfans are invited to join (anyone can join, as long as they meet the age requirements and aren't trolls, but I thought it might be a good idea to make the effort to invite a few people active at TAN or other twin-sites, in addition to posting notices on various comms and newsletters), it'd be nice to have a couple of offerings, and that maybe (if you don't mind) the potions incident fic that has been brewing for you would be one I'd post there first, and let that comm see it before releasing it to other comms or archives. Then if there's a new post, even just drabbles or something every week or two until after all the other fests are done, we could maybe organize a post-holiday fest or exchange? What do you think?
